TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Display Interactive LLP, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the services.

2. Description of Services

Display Interactive LLP provides event planning and management services to individuals and organisations. These services may include but are not limited to venue booking, catering arrangements, entertainment sourcing, and logistical support.

3. Booking and Payments

a. Booking: To book our services, you may be required to provide certain information including event details, preferences, and contact information. By submitting a booking request, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.

b. Payments: Payment terms will be outlined in the invoice provided by Display Interactive LLP. Payment may be required in full or in installments as specified. Failure to make payments in accordance with the agreed terms may result in cancellation of services.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Any request for a date change must be made in writing at least thirty days in advance of the original event date. Change is subject to our availability. If there is no availability for the alternate date, the payment shall be forfeited and event cancelled. There will be no refunds for any cancellations of events.

5. Client Responsibilities

a. Cooperation: Clients are responsible for providing timely and accurate information to Display Interactive LLP to facilitate the planning and execution of the event.

b. Compliance: Clients are responsible for ensuring that all activities associated with the event comply with relevant laws, regulations, and venue policies.

​

6. Liability

Display Interactive LLP will take reasonable measures to ensure the success of the event; however, we are not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from the event, unless caused by our negligence or misconduct.

7. Damage to Equipment

a. Responsibility: Clients are responsible for any damage or loss to equipment provided by Display Interactive LLP during the course of the event, excluding normal wear and tear. Clients agree to exercise reasonable care in handling and using the equipment.

b. Indemnification: Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Display Interactive LLP from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the misuse or negligent handling of equipment during the event.

​

c. Reporting: Clients must promptly report any damage or loss to equipment to Display Interactive LLP. Failure to report damage may result in additional charges.

8. Model Release

a. Consent: By participating in the event, clients and attendees grant Display Interactive LLP the right to use and publish photographs, video, or other media without compensation.

​

b. Waiver of Rights: Clients and attendees waive any right to inspect or approve the media and any claims to compensation.

​

c. Release: Clients and attendees release Display Interactive LLP from any claims arising from the use of the media.

​

By participating in the event, clients and attendees acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Model Release.

Note: Please let us know in advance if you have any objections to being photographed or recorded during the event. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.

9. Amendments

Display Interactive LLP reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Any amendments will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the services after any such amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
